Which plan is right for me?
Free is a great place to start if you are working solo and need up to 3 guides. Choose Pro for unlimited guides, a shared workspace, insights, watermark-free sharing, and MP4 exports. Enterprise is designed for organizations that need multiple workspaces, SSO, custom domains, data residency options, or dedicated support.
Can I use Guideless for free?
Yes. The Free plan is not a time-limited trial. It includes the core capture and editing experience, AI narration and voiceover, link and embed sharing, unlimited views, and up to 3 guides. You only pay if you upgrade.
How does billing work for teams?
Pro is billed per workspace member, with one subscription for the whole workspace. Each accepted invite adds a paid seat, so your bill always reflects the number of people on your team.
Are guide views or AI features metered?
Guide views are unlimited on every plan. Pro also includes unlimited AI narration, AI voiceover, and MP4 exports, so your team can create and share without tracking credits.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. You will keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then your workspace will move to Free and the Free plan limits will apply.
When should I choose Enterprise?
