Guideless, an AI-powered platform that turns software workflows into video training guides, has raised €1 million in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and three angel investors with ties to Vinted: Group CEO Thomas Plantenga, Vinted Go CEO Vytautas Atkočaitis, and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.
The funding will support product development, team growth, and Guideless’ expansion across the UK, Europe, and the US.
Making software training faster to create and easier to maintain
For many software-driven teams, training materials become outdated as soon as tools, interfaces, or internal processes change. Updating screen recordings and documentation manually takes time, while outdated resources often lead employees and customers back to colleagues or support teams for help.
Guideless is built to simplify that process.
A user performs a workflow once while Guideless captures the relevant steps. The platform then uses AI to turn the workflow into a polished video training guide, generating instructions, visual highlights, narration, transcripts, and captions automatically.
Each guide is built from individually editable steps rather than a single fixed screen recording. This makes it easier to update individual parts of a guide, duplicate content, translate it, or adapt it for different audiences without starting again from scratch.
Guideless supports narration in more than 40 languages and helps companies create and update training documentation up to 10x faster.
Used across 15 markets
Guideless has grown to more than 3,000 users across 15 markets. Teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, and the Nevada Hospital Association are among those using the platform.

Building an operational memory layer
Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, soft-launched in late 2025, and incorporated in June 2026. Bieliūnas previously served as Director of Business Development at Vinted Go, while Remeika spent more than a decade building enterprise software for banks and large organizations.
The company’s longer-term vision goes beyond training documentation. By capturing workflows as structured, editable steps, Guideless creates operational knowledge that can be continuously updated and reused across different formats and audiences.
The goal is to build an operational memory layer that gives employees, customers, partners, and AI agents access to the same up-to-date source of knowledge about how work is actually done within an organization.
The €1 million pre-seed round will help Guideless continue developing that vision while expanding into new international markets.
